A detachable drop descends from the front of the necklace, formed of an oval-cut diamond, a second emerald cut and a 16.34-carat emerald-cut diamond at its foot. Oval and princess-cut white diamonds continue around the neck on either side. The accompanying ring is set with a 10.01-carat emerald cut between trillion-cut side stones.

Emerald cuts, ovals, pears and marquises are brought together along a single line about the neck. The line holds a detachable drop of oval and pear diamonds at its centre.

ÉMERAUDE LIBRE
A single strand of princess, oval and round diamonds encircles the neck and carries a detachable drop with a 17.17-carat emerald at its foot. The emerald may be removed and the necklace worn without it, which is how the piece takes its name.
22 carat Colombian emerald
ESMERALDA REGIA
Five strands of natural golden South Sea pearls form the collar. At the front, a vivid emerald-cut Colombian emerald of 22 carats is held within a diamond frame that joins the pearl strands on either side. The necklace is shown only on selected occasions.
